Chapter-8, Episode-27

Back to dark-2

“You could have come to my home, instead of going to that rich fellow’s home,” said Sudalai. “I and my wife would have treated you like a queen”

“Rich men, don’t know the meaning of relationships; they value only their money. They think they would live forever if they had money. Idiots. That’s why we gave up everything.” Sudalai the old man was blabbering, it was obvious that his words did come from a place of personal vengeance.

“It depends upon the individual’s grandpa, there are so many good people in the world, who are rich,” said Elango

It was the very first positive statement from Elango.

“How long should we be like this?” asked Gomathi

“I can’t bear this pain anymore, I can’t. My whole body is aching, I feel suffocated.” Gomathi said and even she pleaded to kill her.

“Gomathi, we will get out of it. Don’t lose hope. We will.” Said Preash

“When?” She asked

No one replied to her as none of them had answers.

“I think, we are kidnapped by aliens,” GOD said

“Who is that man? What does he want? I don’t have anything to give him.” Arivuchelvi asked, she proved her innocence unknowingly at regular intervals.

Even though Arivuchelvi’s innocence made Preash doubt himself about her involvement in the kidnap, the word alien brought a smile. It dug up the path to his cheerful memories. The moment was still fresh for him; he could feel her fragrance, and her loud laugh was the only thing that touched his eardrums. The first sight of his love hit him and took him beyond the dark as usual. The chubby girl and the way she looked at him brought goosebumps then and now. Preash knew he was handsome, he was pointed out like that in several instances, and many stares at him have justified that he was a charming fellow. He has never doubted it, he has enjoyed women staring at him in several places. But that day, that girl, her look wasn’t usual for him. The modern coffee shop was famous for traditional filter coffee. It was, Preash’s calming place amid the busy city. As often he chose the corner table, where the busy traffic was visible with a muted version. He likes that and until the filter coffee slides his mouth and the taste lasts in his tongue, he sits there watching people and their hurry burry life. As he was watching through the glass wall, the chubby girl watched him. It wasn’t a big deal for him when he noticed someone staring at him at first. But when the look didn’t deviate, when she forgot to blink for straight few minutes it bothered him. Preash looked back to see if someone was behind him, but it was just a blank wall. After nearly ten minutes, when his uncomfortableness reached its peak and saw irritation, he went straight to the woman and asked politely, “Why? Do you know me?” he asked

“Oh, sorry, am I visible to you” she responded as she stood shockingly.

He smiled and said “What? Are you kidding?”

“No, so I can’t stay on this planet anymore” She acted disappointed and took her seat.

Preash didn’t get what was going on, but his irritation was gone. He smiled and responded to her, “ Prank? ”

“What’s a Prank? We aliens don’t know that.” She said as she controlled her smile.

“Aliens?” Preash giggled. He giggled then and his memories brought the giggles again.

“Aliens are true bro. You will understand it one day” GOD’s stuburn voice hit Preash and his reality. As GOD justified his alien theory he too searched for Sweety. His fondness for Sweety was weird.

“Sweety my beauty, are you there, Don’t tell me that you are gone, I can’t bear that pain dear” GOD was searching for Sweety

“Sweety, Sweety” As she didn’t reply or speak for a long time Preash too searched her by calling out her name

“Sweety, can you hear me,” Preash asked

“Sweety, where are you,” Elango asked

“Sweety, Baby,” Oh my god, how could you do this to me? GOD cried for the very first time.
